Punjab Government Continues Youth Employment Drive: Minister Jimpa Distributes Appointment Letters

In a farsighted and persistent measure to address unemployment issues and empower the youth, Revenue, Rehabilitation, Water Supply, and Sanitation Minister Bram Shanker Jimpa handed over appointment letters to nine candidates in the Water Supply and Sanitation Department. This initiative, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, reflects the Punjab government’s unwavering commitment to creating and providing job opportunities to state’s youth.

Efficient Execution of Appointment Processes

Minister Jimpa emphasized that the State Government prioritizes the welfare and development of all segments of society, fostering overall development of the State. Despite delays due to technical reasons, the government ensured prompt issue of the appointment letters, thereby adhering with the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s directive to expedite the process.

Encouragement for Newly Appointed Candidates

Encouraging the newly appointed candidates to approach their roles and duties with diligence and dedication, Minister Jimpa assured them that in future many more important initiatives would also be undertaken to enhance employment prospects. The candidates and their families expressed their gratitude to the State Government and departmental officials for the opportunity provided.

Appreciation from Candidates and Families

Among the recipients of the appointment letters are Sanpreet Singh, Sarbjit Singh, and Cyril Garg for Clerk positions, while Parvinder Singh, Lovejit Singh, Jatinder Singh, Charanjit Singh, and Gautam received appointments as Junior Technicians. Additionally, Raj Kumar was appointed as a Helper (Technical), marking a significant step of the state government.
